Returns & Exchanges

Hello, to make a return please follow these short steps.

  1. Email requesting a return authorization within 14 days of receiving your order. Please allow Vattea team 24 business hours to process your request. 
  1. Vattea team will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Items must be returned to DHL / FEDEX / UPS drop-off location within 3 days of receiving your return authorization. 
  1. You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed. 

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted. If you find a product to be defective, please notify our team as soon as possible. Items marked as SALE or purchased using a COUPON or PROMOCODE are on FINAL SALE and will not be any returs available. Please note COUPONS or PROMOCODES cannot be used in conjunction with one another or in store credits.

Coupons and promocodes may have exclusions within certain products.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization. A return authorization must be requested within 8 days of order delivery.

Return authorization requests made after thirty days may be declined.

Please note that a return authorization does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged, not in original condition. If you are returning a product due to defect, please include this information when requesting a return authorization

The $11 cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your order.



VATTEA cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact for exchange assistance.



Order cancellations will only be available within the first 24 hours after your order has been placed.

Items listed as SALE items or purchased with a coupon code are final sale. No cancellation, refund or exchange will be valid.
